12x19/20 Scream-- RECAP

So this is the finale of the third and final novella the series did as they decided to drop the format in favor of doing a summer set arch in season 13 which in my opinion I think was a rather poor choice.  Anyway there was tons of hype leading up to this episode as well as lots of media which made it out to think that someone would die…..spoilers no one did at least not in this episode however there was much drama none the less.

Eli’s setting up for another tech rehearsal and everything that could go wrong is. Costumes are mixed up, props are falling and he hopes they can open smoothly and on time. Clare shows up asking if Eli has thought of a way to get Asher back yet she knows he’s busy with the play but she wants to give the bastard what for and the sooner the better.

12x17/18 Sabotage…..RECAP

Clare is giving her report about her mentorship despite being let go. Miss Oh is asking about it and she starts having flashbacks of when he was harassing her. She asks what was the biggest lesson and Clare says to never tell a story unless you have the facts to back it up however as was seen in 13x 11 she’s clearly forgotten that lesson (among other things). Alli’s impressed at how Clare faked it and she admits she doesn’t want to say that she’s been fired until she gets facts to back her up and defend her on the harassment and so she’s been sneaking off and hiding out when she’s supposed to be at the paper making everyone none the wiser.

12x15/16 Never Ever RECAP

Like I said before this follows up the Fiona/Imogen plot from Imogen’s POV in a massive and somewhat heartbreaking way as the episode opens with her showing her dad her armature for the sets. Mr. Moreno comments about how small it is and asks if Eli is directing a play for ants…. Kidding. He complements about her eye for detail and she comments how he stored his car keys in the crisper before giving a piece of her apple to Volta. Her dad comments about her feeding people food to the dog and Imogen comments how he likes it before coming to present it to Eli. Eli is blown away by her design but worries that it’s too much to do on such a short timetable. Imogen is insanely dedicated and vows to get it done with time to spare. He asks how much it’ll cost and she tells him $500. He tells her she’ll either have to scale back unless she can find someone with money to sponsor and Imogen smiles knowing just the someone in mind.

12x11/12 Waterfalls RECAP

Clare’s delivering coffee to Asher at a pitch meeting and asks if she can sit in. Asher lets her however when she decides to speak up to pitch she’s cut off and Asher tells her to walk before she can run and asks if she’s done with the fact checking. She goes to finish it….as well as to send Asher her ideas.

12x05/06 Got you’re Money RECAP

Zig is asking Maya if Mo’s made a decision yet and Maya tells him yes he’s in Whisper Hug. Tori is excited about this…..today Zig’s a rock star and tomorrow is their four month anniversary. Tori wants to do something special like dressing up and going out. Her in a new dress and Zig in well anything but the uniform kaki’s the only guy still wearing them aside from Zig is Damian and he’s broke. Tori offers to go to the mall and jeans shop with Zig however he declines and ends up swiping a pair from the lost and found bin.

12x03/04 Walking On Broken Glass

AKA Gives You Hell….I don’t know if it was a working title or if it went by this name in Canada….anyway in fitting with the Novella format this episodes plots flow right from the last and it’s rather interesting cause the continuation of the Katie/Drew plot is mostly from Katie’s POV in part one and Drew’s in part two which is interesting in its own right.

Council is getting ready to plan the ice hound pep rally as Katie comes to the meeting late. Marisol asks if she’s up for it and she says yes she’s president and she’s ready to take the job back from Marisol and asks for the team to catch her up. She says they should get a sizzle real and show footage of the team. Mo comments how it should be easy since Dallas is with Drew. Marisol reminds him of the break up and he apologizes but it’s too late as Katie starts to ugly cry because it just hurts so much.

11x20x21 Extraordinary Machine –RECAP

Bullfrog is driving Eli to school asking if he slept the night before. Eli said he was up late doing revisions. Bullfrog asks how he’s doing emotionally and if Eli needs to see someone to talk. Eli says it’s fine and it’s mostly due in part to Bullfrog giving him the pills or so his dad thinks. As this conversation is going on outside, Clare and Jake are acting all coupley out in the rain. As Eli gets out and walks toward the school he spits his pill into a baggie filled with more discarded ones.

10x19/20 Still Fighting it RECAP

Riley passes Zane in the hallway and there is a smile between them as Riley soon meets with Anya. She asks if Riley plans to sign up for the schools bachelor auction since the girls would fight tooth and nail for him because he’s quite a catch. The guys would too if he wasn’t stuck inside the biggest walk in closet like ever…..She then asks how Zane is cause let’s face it she so saw their little energy exchange however Riley tells her all they talked about was math. She tells him he should go talk again and Riley promises he’ll do it tomorrow. She tells him the present is a gift and he should go give said gift to Zane in the form of flirting.

9x10 Somebody RECAP

This episode like I said before was initially aired as a one hour episode at least stateside and so there is major plot continuity of the Dolly J (Declan + Holly J) Variety.

The episode opens up as Declan is giving an emotional breakup speech to Trisha outside of Degrassi. She calls him a player and soon after she walks off he goes to Holly J and she asks how the other girl took it. Declan says like he expected and after declaring being official Declan comments how he’d never of guessed he’d be in love with Holly J a week ago to which she teasingly asks ‘what’. He laughs saying he just wanted a reaction. The bell rings and Declan asks for a goodbye kiss. She teases school Holly J starts when the bell rings however she kisses him anyway before being beckoned with school related duties

8x11 Causing a Commotion recap

Shep announces he’s Principal of the year as the kids are coming into the lab. Conner puts a desk lamp by his computer to stop the reflection from bothering his eyes. Shep comes into the room and offers a day off school for two ‘geeks’ to help him out. Alli and KC take on the task of documenting him for his award and as he leaves he trips over Conner’s lamp cord saying it’s hazardous and it needs to be removed cause he doesn’t plan to give preferential treatment to anyone. Clare comments except for football players and lands a detention.
