14x05 THERE'S YOUR TROUBLE

The episode opens on an establishing shot of the school steps and Becky and Mrs. Baker are pulling up. Mommy Baker says she knows the Luke situation has been making it hard on Becky and she's been handling it with grace however Luke isn't taking it well and she thinks Becky should visit Luke in juvie...Becky says she has band practice and has no time.

Power Cheer is practicing and Frankie is a bit off on a stunt. Frankie says it's not a required move to master and Zoe says she doesn't want all their hard work to go to waste. Frankie asks what work the tumble line or the umph chat nude scheme 'BOTH' Zoe says. People think Cheerleading isn't a sport and they need to prove them wrong.

Eli's leaving the DOT when Tristan asks what his plans are though they aren't as glamorous as he thinks. Tristan assumes the REAL reason Eli is in Toronto is to reconcile with Clare which is great he TOTALLY ships them together...they are TOTAL OTP and this is TOTAL pandering.

Becky is practicing for a band audition in front of Imogen and Drew however somehow I doubt that singing Joan Jet as if it was a Broadway Ballad is going to cut it. Imogen asks if Becky even knows what the song is about and Drew asks why she's even auditioning. Becky says that she told her mom she was in a band to get out of visiting Luke in Prison...except she's not in a band and lying is a sin and plus she does need a distraction.

Zoe takes the girls to a competition to show them the level that they need to get and the girls realize they are leagues behind where they should be but Zoe has a plan.

Becky auditions however Jonah says she's in tune and she's cute but she's not cut out for the band.

Eli shows up to campus and sees Clare and Drew. Clare sees Eli and he apologizes for interrupting a date. Clare says it was just council stuff and Eli asks if Clare loves him..Drew that is...she says of coarse not and Eli says good. He's going out on a limb because after everything he just can't walk away and asks if they can go out.

Zoe surprises the girls with new equipment to help them be the best...with the Degrassi Nudes cash...which was already air marked for bus rental and competition fees...but they can make more according to Zoe. Frankie brings up that the more they do Degrassi Nudes the bigger chance that they get caught however Zoe insists the ends will justify the means and Zoe shouldn't worry.

Imogen asks how the audition went and Becky says that it went sour and why did Imogen lie when she said she was good. Jonah approaches her, handing the letter from Luke that she dropped and verry vaguely drops a bible verse to her.

Zoe plops down next to Grace all depressed...the cheerleaders are in revolt and it's all cause Frankie is all winy about them still on umph chat. Grace informs Zoe that Frankie sent only one nude and that's been it. She wishes Grace brought it up sooner but Grace points out that it's not her place.

Eli asks how Helen is as they head out. Clare's phone rings and she ignores it. Eli asks if she has time for a bite before passing period is over and Clare says she can't eat sushi. Eli hopes it's not forever as there is a great place in New York and Clare says she'll have to go when she visits as she's not going to Columbia. Drew shows up to the table where Eli and Clare is all worried cause Clare wasn't picking up her cell. Eli wants to be with her not her and DREW...Clare says if he loves her he needs to except Drew's involvement.

Zoe tells the girls that she returned the equipment and since they won't be competition ready used the money to buy them designer bags. All she wanted was to be the awesome captain of an awesome team to help shift focus off of things and if they still want to cheer she'll be in the locker room.

Becky reads the letter to Imogen and apologizes for yelling at her. Becky says it would mean allot if Luke wasn't a rapist and she really doesn't want to be forced to see him against her will.

Zoe is in the locker room and everyone including Frankie shows up. They say she can take back the gifts to rebuy the equipment and Zoe shakes her head and also says if they want to agree with Frankie and stop umph chat they can. The girls say that it's their fiscal responsibility to keep it up...Zoe then calls out Frankie's lack of participation in whoring herself out. It's not in other's characters either but they are taking it for the team. Zoe says take one for the team or quit...so Frankie quits.

Becky reluctantly visits Luke who tells her he doesn't blame her for sending him to jail. She tells him he can repent all he wants but her life sucks now because of his deeds.

Spinner is interviewing Eli to work at the Dot as Drew walks in the cafe distracting him. Eli follows Drew out of the Dot and confronts him. It's hard to tell who provoked who and Eli sucker punches Drew and tells Clare that he's actually mad at her not Drew and then heads back in to finish his interview... Spinner hires him.

Mama Baker asks Becky if she'll ever forgive Luke and Becky says nope. Becky tells Jonah he was right when he called her out earlier and tells her that maybe they could collaborate after all. Drew shows up and Becky asks about his black eye. He says it's complicated and asks how she is. She tells him she's in a good place
