14x02 WISE UP

Hunter is quizzing Miles on traffic procedures as he's about to take his road test his mother comments that she wished he focused on his actual school work the way he is focused on this. Frankie then walks in saying that she'd be surprised if the dad lets him take it as she tosses him the daily paper. He did that interview with the reporter and to quote Frankie made their dad look 'like a Batman Villain Who Hates His Gay Son'. Daddy Hollingsworth walks in wanting to talk to Miles and the mom ushers out the twins embarrassingly calling them her 'peanuts'. Miles's dad tells him he's not going to school that day and hands him golf clubs...he has a day off and wants to spend a father son day...they can golf...miles can even drive and he accepts him gay...straight...whatever...

Zoe struts into class in her Power Cheer outfit and slaps Zig on the ass proclaiming 'nice bum chum' seriously I just can't I CAN'T. Zoe tells Zig that renting a bus costs money and is in need of fundraising ideas. Zig's phone buzzes and Zoe is curious what goofy thing Tiny is umph chatting (Degrassi-verse snap chat) him now. Grabbing the phone she's shocked to see that someone, even if it's just a dumb random niner is DMing Zig boob pictures. There are LOTS of them on Zig's phone and she's being a jealous girlfriend.

Dallas asks Drew if he's going to Math Class and Drew tells him to tell Armstrong he's sick...Drew's been held up in his room all weekend, not talking to Becky and Drew finally admits to him Clare is pregnant and he's still in panic mode about it. He tells Dallas how Clare planned on getting rid of it but now plans to keep it...Dallas says Drew should get a say too.

Miles and his dad are at the country club and Miles asks what this day is REALLY about...his dad says he just wants to get to know him and they embrace...paparazzi soon follows and Miles realizes this was a publicity stunt to show he loves his son and the gays.

Drew starts spouting teen parent stats to Clare saying she needs to consider all the options... Clare says she's keeping it case closed. Drew says fine they need to tell their parents not only about the baby but that they are getting married cause there is NO WAY Audra will let her grandchild be a bastard...he needs a job and wonders if the cell kiosk will re hire him... Clare says it's not the 1950's they don't need to get married but Drew is still in panic mode. He can hardly take care of himself and Clare says she's letting him off the hook...he can be just a sperm donor.

Miles and his dad once more are fighting about the set up at the club. Miles is done fighting and wants to go to school where at least one person cares however his father won't let him go and they start beating up one another. Mr. Hollingsworth pulls back apologetic for the violence and lets Miles head to school.

Zig tells Grace that it's not like Zoe and him are an official couple...everyone umph chats....well everyone but Grace that is. Grace tells Zig that seeing those pictures makes Zoe thing Zig is the kind of guy who likes sexy pics and it could be problematic given the stuff that happened with Zoe last semester. Zig feels like an ass and Grace tells him he needs to delete umph chat and show her a grand apologetic gesture. He's en route to deleting the ap when Zoe sends him a nude. Sidebar...what IS the age of consent in Canada cause I'm pretty sure High School Sophomores sending nude photos is distribution of kiddy porn.

Miles asks Zoe and Winston where Tristan is. Zoe says Triston doesn't want to see him after he outed their relationship in the paper. Tristan says people are teasing him cause they think he's being used by Miles to piss his father off. Tristan won't let him talk and Zoe and Winston act like his guards. Miles leaves the room as Maya chases after him wanting to know why her ex and ex best friend were making out. Maya follows him to the boys locker room asking if this was about her. Miles says it's not always about her and that he doesn't know what way is up anymore. Maya says he needs toseek professional help about his dad before things get bad.

Drew shows Dallas the huge ass card he made for Becky to make up for ignoring her and tells Dallas that Clare told him he's off the hook for daddy duty. Dallas, a teen dad in his own right calls Drew out.

Zoe is acting as coach to Shay and Lola as Zig comes up asking to talk about the photo. Zoe asks if he wants more but he doesn't want any sexy pictures from her...Zoe gets the wrong idea taking it to mean that Zig doesn't like her. He says no, it's just after last year he doesn't want her to feel pressured...she tells him she isn't some  doll needing shelter.

Drew asks Becky how her leg is and Becky tells him to stop acting like things are okay. Drew says they should talk and Becky asks if Clare needs him more...Drew asks who told her about the pregnancy and Becky breaks down realizing it's true. Clare is keeping the baby but they aren't 'together' Drew loves Becky, she's the one good thing in his life and he knows they can get through things together. Becky says no she's sorry but she wishes things were different as she doesn't need any more baggage

Zoe is talking to the Power Cheer girls when Zig approaches shirtless with 'I Like You' written across his chest pleading for a second chance. Zoe says no...she's done with boys (forshaddowing) and done with him.

Frankie and Hunter are studying when Miles shows up looking for their mom. The twins don't know where she is but their dad is in the study...they wonder what Miles did this time. Miles says he wants to talk to the mom cause his father son day was just a media blitz. The twins ask why Miles was turned off because he clearly is just trying to get attention. Miles finds his mom ready to take his road test...his mom says first he needs to apologize to his dad but Mr. Hollingsworth comes out and says no..the stress of his campaign is just overwhelming and that he and Miles just need a clean slate and offers Miles up a car for a bribe.

Drew tells Clare that Becky knows...also he wants to be involved in the child's life. Clare tells him he can't change his mind but Drew just NEEDS to Man up for a change instead of taking the easy road. Clare cracks and tells him fine.

Miles drives his new car to the school...he tells Maya he's in a better place and tells Tristan that the family wants his boyfriend to dinner...Tristan agrees and they kiss however Maya is still worried that there is more going on with Miles and his dad that is on the surface.
