Anyway as far as the episode at hand goes….
Drew continues to be a grown ass man and I continue to feel
for him this season. He is shocked to find that Bianca is home a day early for
break though she tells him it’s cause she got an early ride and wanted to
surprise him but her cell needed charging…..she then proceeds to dump him….not
in a messy ‘I cheated’ way but she’s just grown as a person since going to
school and doesn’t want Drew holding her back. It reminds me of a plot-point in
a Roleplay I’m in however it was Krew (Katie/Drew) and Drew broke up with Katie
before moving to New York…..and while Drew did eventually move to the city and
they reunited Katie’s heart belonged to another and they continued to be each
others ‘person’ which in the end it’s clear that’s what Drew and Bianca will
forever be with one another….and if the two shall reunite off screen later on…..
well so mote it be…..
In the midst of this Clare is all mopy about Eli ‘cheating’
though after being prompted to talk to him by Alli she finds out Eli may of
seen Lenore in a state of undress but he cheated with his lips only and not his
penis and his heart belongs to Clare…. Clare tells him she blew her magazine
job and her shot at going to Columbia…..she lets things gel for a bit and after
kissing Drew (It so makes them even right?) and having Eli give her a print out
of all their emails over the years (their story) she seems willing to give him
another chance…..and the cycle continues.
As for the tenners….. Zoe booked the theater troupe for the Thanksgiving
Feast however Tristan promised to spend the day with Maya who is on house
arrest per her parentals. Maya has plans of watching the entire Ryan gosling catalogue
from his latest hit all the way back to Breaker High (Um Guys….you’re
forgetting the Mickey Mouse Club and yes I IMDBed to double check that it came
first and it did as well as a handful of other random shows in the early nineties) Off the record Olivia has more chemistry IMHO
with Lyle then with Dylan, Ricardo and Eric and it sucks Tristan can’t be
bi/pan and get with Maya…..anyway Maya ends up sneaking into the school in a
Turkey outfit wanting to sabotage the show….she ends up getting Tristan to pie
Zoe for her and after this Tristan forces the girls to call a truce…. In the
spirit of the holidays of course….
Like I said the episode as a whole was much stronger than
most of the ones this season so far and I can’t wait to see part two of Dorm
Life and the next block which happens earlier then l suspected…..
