Preparations for the fashion show is still going on and
Becky starts to tease Imogen about her crush. Becky shows the now done sketches
to Jack who says they are ‘nice’ which causes Imogen to panic. She thinks they
aren’t cool enough and that she’ll loose Jack to Lucy or one of the many other
girls who have crushes on her. Becky kindly reminds Imogen the show is that
night and it would mean everything to her with what is going on for it to run smooth.
WHATEVER IT TAKES
Another music number as Tristan starts to dance down the
hall singing I Wanna Dance With Somebody (still not the epic number talked
about in my last recap this involves Zoe and it’s in the next episode) Maya
says he doesn’t sing Whitney without there being reason and he says he’s just
been in a good mood and the reason he’s been aloof is because of Fashion Show
MC duty. Tristan gets a note saying to meet him in the supply closet which he
lies and says it’s from Becky. He and Yates have a tryst in the closet. Tristan
has had the best few days and wants to shout it from the roof however Yates
reminds him that nobody can know and as the bell rings tells Tristan to come
over to continue where they left off.
Zoe and Keisha are talking fashion show stuff to Frankie and
they tease her saying that Becky must have done it for personal gain or that
her mother paid her off.
Zig asks if Tristan managed to go to the basement with the
guy and Tristan tells Zig to tone it down. Maya overhears and asks who the guy
is and why she doesn’t know about it. Tristan says it has to be kept a secret
and Maya wants to again know why. Tristan says to MYOB however Yates walks into
the classroom, Maya puts two and two together and is pissed. Tristan says he’s
not a teacher teacher and Maya says Tristan is delusional and that he needs to
be reported on. Tristan shakes his head and tells Maya to promise not to tell
anyone or she’s dead to him for real this time.
Imogen trashes her dresses to make them more Avant Guard.
Frankie asks Miles if he thinks it’s possible that their mom
paid Becky off and says about how people are teasing her about being rich.
Miles says that if she wasn’t rich those girls would just find something else
so she should just ignore.
Zoe is ragging about the new dresses which are pieces of
garbage latterly. Zoe’s gown is made by pads and tampons. While Imogen and
Becky are sussing things out about the redesigns Tristan is telling Zoe about
how he’s on cloud nine that he has a hot date however that is short lived as he’s
paged to the office. He’s sure it won’t take long and he’ll make the dress rehearsal.
Tristan wants to know if it’s about the content of his script but it’s not
about that, it’s about Yates.
Simpson asks if he and Yates are having a sexual
relationship and Tristan wants to know who might have said something. Tristan
says that he wasn’t taken advantage of and wants to know what will happen because
he doesn’t want to get him in trouble just because someone is spreading lies.
Becky chews Imogen out about the dresses saying she ruined
everything. Imogen says that now Jack will love her but Becky is not amused and
now has to fix Imogen’s mess. Becky shows up and tells the girls to just roll
with the new dresses as it’s too late to change them.
Frankie wants to know if her mom paid Becky to change her
mind however Becky comes clean. Winston said he wouldn’t film the show if
Frankie had been in it because it was impossible to be around her. Becky
however thought Frankie was just that good so that was what swayed her mind.
Tristan wants Imogen to break the promise to keep seated and
MC the show in his stead cause he has something to do. Imogen starts the show
asking for the music to be cut before giving a speech about fashion and risks as
an apology to Becky.
Frankie calls Winston out for telling Becky not to make her
a model. She asks why he thinks she is ugly and he tells her it was quite the
opposite. She’s his best friend’s sister and he has a big crush on her and didn’t
want things to be awkward. Frankie then kisses him.
Yates is pissed at Tristan for letting them be found out.
Tristan is just a dumb kid and they can’t see one another anymore.
The show ends with Imogen’s trash dresses and she calls Jack
and Becky to the stage. After the show she asks Becky if they are cool and
Becky says they are. Jack asks why she changed the old dresses and Imogen says
she didn’t think she liked them. She’s intimidated by Jack and Jack just laughs
saying she’s been intimidated by Imogen and they kiss.
Tristan has an epic blow out with Maya for ratting him out
to Simpson. Maya was just worried because what he was doing was wrong; she was
just doing it to protect him. She wants him to have a happy ending but just not
like this.
